FAQ
Can the remote start and stop video? +
Yes on most phones. Switch your camera app to video first, then press once to start and once more to stop.
Is it stable enough outdoors? +
On firm, level ground, yes. The anti-slip feet keep it planted. In strong wind, lower it a section or two. Any light tripod is steadier when it is shorter.
Travel Tripod or Metal Tripod? +
Choose the Travel Tripod to carry daily: it weighs 375 g, folds to 30 cm and its clip fits phones up to 94 mm wide. Choose the Metal Tripod for a fixed spot: at 545 g it stands firmer, reaches 160 cm, carries up to 2 kg and its ball head tilts up to 180°.
Will it hold my phone with a case on? +
The clip opens from 56 to 94 mm (2.2 to 3.7"). Measure your phone across its short side with the case on. If it falls inside that range, it fits.
Can I use it with an action camera? +
Yes. An action camera attachment is in the box and screws onto the 1/4" thread. The remote does not control an action camera, so start recording on the camera itself.
How do I pair the remote? +
Switch the remote on with the side switch until the blue light flashes. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone and select "AB Shutter3", which can take up to 3 seconds to appear. Then open your camera app and press the button to shoot.
What battery does the remote use? +
A CR2032 coin cell, the same one sold at supermarkets. When it runs out you replace the battery, not the remote. Keep coin cells away from children: they are dangerous if swallowed.
Can I add a light or mic? +
Yes. The phone clip has a cold shoe on top, so a small light such as the Zookti Fill Light or a mic receiver mounts right above your phone.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost? +
Delivery (Pathao): 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is free.
How can I pay? +

Can I return it? +
Yes, within 15 days of delivery. Tell us and a rider collects it from your door, free. Refunds go out within 7 days.
How do I claim the warranty? +
The Zookti Travel Tripod has a 2-year warranty. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo or video of the fault, and we'll take it from there.
